In 2022, David landed a guest starring role as antagonist Eddie Kofler opposite Matt Bomer in the upcoming Showtime series Fellow Travellers. In 2023, David was cast as the main antagonist in the Lifetime thriller The Hillsdale Adoption Scam opposite Keshia Knight Pulliam. He is also known for playing the lead role in the (Amazon Prime,Tubi) feature film The Legend of Jack and Diane. David has also made appearances in the Netflix series Sex/Life and Painkiller.
