Melanie Buford
Melanie Rebecca Buford was born in Fort Hood, Texas, and were raised in Biloxi, Mississippi. Inspired at an young age to have an entertainment career from watching the hit comedy series "I Love Lucy," but it was a trip to Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 17 to pursue a career in TV, film, and music. She got her start in acting by doing community theatre on the Mississippi Gulf Coast such as "To Kill A Mockingbird," "Inherit The Wind," and "Biloxi Blues" to name a few. She was nominated for a Bravo Award for her role as Peg in "The Transylvanian Clockworks." At the age of 19, she performed the National Anthem at a sporting event. Melanie got her Associate of Arts degree in Theatre from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. She is writing and recording her debut album.
