Ell
Ell is a non-binary, biracial actor, voice-over artist, operatic soprano, model, and content creator based in Los Angeles. Originally from the Chicago area, Ell grew up in the Midwest and attended college in Wisconsin, where they earned a BA in Theatre Arts and Music from Lawrence University.
Since moving to Los Angeles, Ell has acted in a variety of projects in different media. Notable screen credits include Showtime's The L Word: Generation Q and YouTube Originals' Escape the Night. On stage, they have performed in A Midsummer Night's Dream and Titus Andronicus in the Griffith Park Free Shakespeare Festival, as well as various productions at Playhouse West. Voice-over credits include Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and the Penguin Random House audiobook Just Roll with It.
In addition to their focus on acting, Ell is active as a musician. Their lyric voice has been described as both powerful and angelic and is well suited to both epic and ethereal scores. In 2019 they released their first original song, "La Pucelle d'Orléans." They appeared as a vocalist on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and on stage they have sung in the chorus of Pacific Opera Project's productions of The Abduction from the Seraglio to sold-out audiences at El Portal Theatre and the Ford Amphitheatre.
As a model, Ell has worked internationally in a variety of media. They modeled for several episodes of Lifetime's Glam Masters and was one of the models for the winning look. Their mixed ethnic look enhances their versatility, and their images range from youthful softness to urban edgy.
Ell is the main host for the action figure unboxing show iElf Unboxes on the TR4K Alliance YouTube channel.
An old soul with a childlike curiosity, Ell has a passion for learning new things and they enjoy playing piano and violin, reading everything from classic literature to Wikipedia articles, dabbling in languages, playing video games, and spending time with their pets. Ell is a proud sci-fi and fantasy nerd.
