Deanna hails from a small town in Northern California. After graduating from college and running 2 of her own fast food/quick service restaurants, she finally decided it was time to follow her heart. She answered a Craigslist add for a role, had zero experience, turned up to the audition and booked it and from that moment on she was hooked! She's also a Producer/Director with 28 short films & one 55 min Science Fiction Pilot under her belt. Born to a family of 6, grew up with 4 brothers and one other sister. Growing up she was a bit of a tomboy, she owned her own dirt bike & cruised with the boys, until she discovered that the boys liked clean girls who didn't have dirt in their hair, so she slowly let go of the tomboy side and embraced her feminine side. She began acting late in life, after running 2 restaurants and working many other types of jobs. After her 1st audition which she booked, she knew that this was for her and so she set out to learn the business. While living in New Orleans and beginning her acting career, she also had an apartment in Los Angeles where she split her time for 3 years. She wanted to gain a better understanding of the business in Hollywood and take advantage of the workshops and schools LA had to offer. She now resides near Atlanta GA and still has roots in New Orleans & continues to work all over the South East and in CA too.
