Rosemary Dominguez
Born in New York to a Dominican mother and an East Indian father, Rosemary Dominguez moved to Puerto Rico when she was 11 years old. She graduated from Columbia College in Chicago and went on to hone her theater skills performing with Chicago theater troupes such as Latino Chicago, Chameleon, Pegasus Players and an Arts in Education collaboration with the famed Goodman Theater. Most notably, Rose was one of the Lead actors in the premiere stage production of Sandra Cisneros' The House on Mango Street, for which she received rave reviews from the Chicago Sun Times and the Chicago Tribune. Upon moving to New York, Rose was hired by legendary director Sidney Lumet for an episode of 100 CENTRE STREET. This was followed by roles on LAW&ORDER, THIRD WATCH and a comedy turn on Chris Rock's EVERYBODY HATES CHRIS. In Los Angeles, Rose found roles on GREY's ANATOMY, CRIMINAL MINDS, CSI, BODY OF PROOF, RINGER, a recurring role on REVENGE, the John Sayles' Pilot, DR. DEL opposite Chloe Sevigny and a 4-episode Guest Star Arc on WISDOM OF THE CROWD opposite Monica Potter and Jeremy Piven. Recently Rose's career has turned towards the big screen. She was cast in not one but two feature films - PAPI CHULO with Matt Bomer and Paramount's INSTANT FAMILY opposite Mark Wahlberg, Rose Byrne and Octavia Spencer. Rosemary currently calls Los Angeles home where she lives with her husband and daughter.
