Antonio Te Maioha
Born in Auckland and grew up in Hastings, New Zealand.
With Maori heritage from his father's side of the family, with both Ngapuhi and Waikato tribal affiliations.
Graduate of Toi Whakaari New Zealand Drama School (1992-1993).
Having worked on stage between 1994-2001, his theatre credits include roles in 'Te Rakau Hau O Te Wao Tapu'(Dir. Jim Moriarty, 1994) and 'Waiora'(Dir. Murray Lynch) the latter of which toured New Zealand, as well as Hawaii and UK (1996-1999).
Lives in Raglan, on the west coast of New Zealand's North Island.
Other than acting, Te Maioha also helps students learn the Maori language and look after the environment.
