Jeovanny Rodriguez was born Louis Jeovanny Rodriguez II, in San Diego, CA to Louis and Ana Rodriguez. His mother Ana is Mexican and his father Louis is of Dominican descent. Jeovanny is the oldest of four boys and was raised in Chula Vista, CA. He attended the New Mexico Military Institute (NMMI) in Roswell, NM, and graduated high school at Bonita Vista High School in Chula Vista, CA. Jeovanny graduated from the University of Hawai'i in 2016 with a degree in Digital Media. After graduating from the University of Hawai'i, Jeovanny followed his dreams of working in the film industry and worked as a PA on several major productions. While working in the pre-production office of the Netflix Original film Triple Frontier (2019), J.C Chandor asked Jeovanny to audition for a role in the film which would land him opposite Ben Affleck, Charlie Hunnam, Pedro Pascal, Oscar Issac, Garrett Hedlund, and Adria Arjona. Jeovanny recently moved from Hawai'i to Los Angeles after signing with Vince Lazzo at Inclusion Management to strengthen his pursuit of an acting career.
